    You are using an additional plugin to add these checkboxes.
    We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Add the next custom CSS code to fix the problem:

    We suggest you use XStore. You can import a demo version and then customize it to suit your requirements.

    For instance, this demo has one product (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/headphone), but you can easily add more products via Dashboard > Products.

    Hello, Steven Tay,

    If the problem persists with different plugins and is independent of the theme, there may be next issues why the emails cannot be sent to the owner:
    1/ Your web server is blocking the connection.
    2/ Your host is rejecting the connection.

    We would recommend the next step to fix the issue of email action:
    Contact your web hosting provider and ask them to verify your server can make outside connections. Additionally, ask them if a firewall or security policy may be preventing the connection – many shared hosts block certain ports.
    Note: this is the most common cause of this issue.

    In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
    If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please provide us with temporary access to both the wp-admin and FTP of your website. This will allow us to further investigate the issue and provide an accurate solution.

    Please check if “Off-Canves” is selected in “Product Added Notification Type” in Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page Layout.
    After that try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    Hello, Namaste,

    You can check the speed of the site from your mobile and see.

    There are a few types of Minify in W3 Total Cache plugin settings. Which one (CSS, JS, HTML) causes the problem? For example, there is Minify CSS in Theme Options > Speed Optimization, so there is no need to enable Minify CSS in cache plugin settings.

    The difference is folders where files will be placed and stored.
    Make sure that you placed translation files into the System OR Custom directory, not in the Author directory. It will not work correctly from Author.

    Translation files of the theme should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder,
    plugins, like Core plugin, in /wp-content/languages/plugins folder, then you will not lose translation after updates.

    In our demo we use https://v9m6d2m2.rocketcdn.me/demos/2/artmaxy/wp-content/uploads/sites/23/2019/06/5.jpg image 1300 × 800 px. Our image does not contain text like yours, so it can be displayed properly on all devices.

    If you wish to use your image with text, there are not enough settings to customize the size for different screen sizes/devices. As previously suggested, you can use the Slider Revolution plugin.

    We can observe that you have already adjusted some settings for the slider on your website, which now has a full-screen size and is displaying nicely.
