what differance between

Author:

themes/xstore/languages/{locale}.po

Custom:

languages/loco/themes/xstore-{locale}.po

System:

languages/themes/xstore-{locale}.po

Hello, Mohamed,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

The difference is folders where files will be placed and stored.
Make sure that you placed translation files into the System OR Custom directory, not in the Author directory. It will not work correctly from Author.
