    Good morning,

After the update images on my page has stopped working.

None of the images was loading. I changed the settings in speed optimization (Image Loading Type) from lazy to default. It helped with the images but menu is not working. On Desktop it expands but items are not visible, on mobile menu is not clickable.

    We request urgent help.

    Temp. access in the PC

    Hello, Namaste,

Try to disable your cache plugin and check how the menu works. If the problem is solved, activate that plugin and check its settings of it to find out which one causes the problem.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Rose,

I disabled W3 Total Cache – it resolved the issue on both Mobile and Desktop.

    I tested several scenarios.
Browser cache settings – not related to the issue.

Page cache – when disabled – issue resolved on Desktop. Still present on Mobile. When I enabled it again, the issue didn’t come back on Desktop

Then I disabled Minify – it resolved issue with Mobile Menu – but it is coming back when I enable it again.

I am now afraid that disabling it will impact speed of my website.

    Hello, Namaste,

You can check the speed of the site from your mobile and see.

There are a few types of Minify in W3 Total Cache plugin settings. Which one (CSS, JS, HTML) causes the problem? For example, there is Minify CSS in Theme Options > Speed Optimization, so there is no need to enable Minify CSS in cache plugin settings.

    Kind Regards,
