    2/ We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

    Hello,

    To solve your problem with the logo image, we re-selected the image via Header Builder > Logo.

    If you need to create menus, please go to Appearance > Menus > add menu. Read more – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/ Then go to Theme Options > Header Builder > Move menu element from the bottom panel into header content area and select your newly created menu.

    To create pages, please go to Dashboard > Pages > add new.

    Do you plan to use WPBakery or Elementor? We can’t access your Dashboard right now to check your plugins and settings, it seems there is a restriction on countries. We would recommend you create footer (content at the bottom of all site pages) on-site using static block, for example – https://prnt.sc/nTf6wtboi4U6 https://prnt.sc/LzhjGvDyKh0Z Static blocks can be edited using WPBakery or Elementor, but do not activate both these plugins together.

    Fonts can be changed via Theme options > Typography, and via Theme options > Header Builder > Menu.

    There are no perfect universal settings that would work for all cases, so it is necessary to personally check the options and test their effectiveness and various combinations.

    Regarding what you have written – the logic is that if you enable the “Remove Unused CSS” and “AJAX” options in WP-Rocket, it will detect that the style is not needed to be loaded as the element it is associated with does not exist on the page, thus resulting in broken styles.

    You need to decide for yourself what is more important to you – a good rating from a test service or the reality that shows everything in a good light. Site testers are just code that tests for the cases that are written for it, so it is best to test your site from your real devices and adjust for your ratings.

    We are pretty sure that our changes we made don’t create such problems so we dug inside the issues and here are the results:

    1/ After we tried to go to Shop from Cart page we noticed that page does not load -> https://prnt.sc/29lJTJGnpjFM
    2/ By checking the Shop page from pages edit tab we found that you made your Shop page with Elementor editor -> https://prnt.sc/Lh2tCX4xoZFW . Note: You should not make Shop page or any other archives pages editing with page builders because it is not allowed and causes errors.
    3/ After we switched the editor to default -> https://prnt.sc/AHKSseH17zFj page loads normally -> https://prnt.sc/mJHmwjkE6Aj0

    Edit page > settings of the section with the slider revolution > disable Stretch and Save changes. Refresh the page after that.

    in wp-config.php file to enable the debug mode. Or contact your hosting provider and ask to do this.
    It is simplest compare to installing and using 3rd party plugin.

    2/ The theme is not responsible for the google search results, so we can’t assist you.
    Create correct sitemap, roboots.txt file, maybe install SEO plugin for better optimization of your pages and then reindex your site.

    2/ We can’t inspect the code on your site, so can’t analyze the situation and give you an answer. After opening the browser dev tools the site shows blank, it seems to be caused by a plugin that you activated.
    Please disable 3rd party plugins and let us know.
