How to increase the days for help etc - by PR

    Hello,

    We are using your themes for around 6 months and like them very much.
    We have about 5 licenses and will be getting more.

    Your support is also 1st class.

    We just had a question;

    1) How can we increase the number of days we get for help?
    2) Can we do this directly with you guys or do we have to go with the middle-man (envato/theme forest)?
    3) Lets say instead of buying help, we buy another license. Can we just use that license and get help etc.?

    For example; lets say I buy a license (new one) but I want to continue getting help on this forum (with my current account) is that possible?

    Hello Tony,

    Perfect.
    I think we will get another license, and then just attach that in the same forum.

    Can we pause the help?
    Lets say I get a new license, but we already have one which has 100+ days on it.
    We wouldn’t want them to both be running etc.

    Any advice would be helpful!

    There is no possibility to pause the support period, unfortunately. We provide theme support for 6 months from the date of purchase of the license, it counts automatically.
