BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information.
We’ve edited your reply and moved access into the Private Content area.

Please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products style > Show Excerpt In Content Product > Off.

It is because your excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show on the Shop page, some unclosed tags cause the problem. Keep the option disabled or edit the description of products. You can add a few words in the Short description area, without tags, then the content will be displayed just fine.

1/ Custom CSS code can be used to hide mobile panel from particular pages, for example, add the next code in Theme options > Theme custom CSS > Global:

.single-product .et-mobile-panel-wrapper,
.woocommerce-checkout .et-mobile-panel-wrapper {
    display: none !important;
}

after that check a single product page and checkout page.

If you face a problem not the first time, did you ask your hosting provider to create a full site backup before the update or did you create a backup by yourself? The backup can help to restore the site in case something goes wrong.

Do you use a child theme? Was the child theme activated before the update but now you activated the parent theme?

You can activate 3rd party plugins now (Dashboard> Plugins). But do not activate them all, only plugins which you really need, because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit.

We checked and found that someone’s modified your htaccess file yesterday → https://prnt.sc/5RAFW-baqNyR that possible created redirects for customers to the page with error.
But after deeper check we found that you had activated Maintanance mode in XStore Control Panel → https://prnt.sc/mCJ5Y2XKwZEQ
For now, we disabled it and now your web-site functioning properly.
