    If all changes were done correctly in child theme files, you will not lose changes after the parent theme update.
    We would recommend you to ask your hosting provider to create a full backup, so you can restore the site in case something goes wrong. Or you can create a staging site (full copy of the existing one), to be able to do updates there first, without affecting your business.

    We kindly ask that you navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization and set Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources to OFF. Afterward, please clear the cache and check the result of your changes.

You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
    If you find a plugin that causes the problem, let us know its name.

    2/ Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.

    Sorry, but your answer is a bit unclear to me, unfortunately.

    Do you need any further assistance from our side? If so, please provide a video of the problem, and URL of page where the problem will be visible (without custom code that hides the problem).
    Describe the desired result in more detail one more time.
    After that, I will be able to ask someone from our dev to check the situation on your site more deeply.

    JetSmartFilters – is 3rd party plugin, please note that we provide support for XStore theme, not for 3rd-party plugins. If the problem comes from that plugin, and persists independently of the theme activated on site, you need to contact support of the plugin.

    You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to fix the error with “API server connection”.
    Also, the hosting provider should be able to answer why your changes for Max input vars aren’t applied.

    If the mega menu was created using a static block it can be displayed correctly for desktop devices only. You need to create a separate menu without static blocks (Appearance > Menus) and select it for mobile (Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile menu).

    When you noticed the problem? Did it happen after an update of the theme, Elementor, Elementor Pro, or something else?

    As we understood you right you want to make the position of the video to be 2nd.
    First image + video + image 2 + image 3 + etc.
    By default, we propose you the option to have the video on first position or on last position (https://prnt.sc/QoFmu83C48Qo) that is possible to do without the “bad coding” technique that we don’t use in our projects.
    If you want to customize your single product gallery in some unique way and place the video in the specific position 2nd or 3rd one then you should contact to customization service such as WPKraken team because according to our support policy, it does not include customization service -> https://prnt.sc/dT5j95yU9ems but we may assist you with the paths of files which you need to modify.
    xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image-builder.php file should be copied to your child-theme/woocommerce/single-product/product-image-builder.php and then you may customize it to your needs.

    2/ It is because the header overlap option is activated for one of your headers. This option can be deactivated via Header Builder > Header Overlap & Transparent > Header Overlap > Off.
