Media Carousel – equal heigh images + static block

Hello,

1. How can i set equal heigh of images in media carousel? Page in private.

2. You might remember our topic of integrating media gallery into my site:

The problem of “Media Carousel” not displaying images has dissapeared.
In product edit it displays images via shortcode (static block) in short description, long description but not in a product’s custom tab?

3. Multiple tabs on woo product: can we have multiple tabs on a product or do we need to use external plugin?

1/ It is recommended to upload images in the same size, or the next CSS code can be used:

    height: 300px !important;
}
```
2/ What FTP access can be used?

3/ You can add a global custom tab via Theme Options https://prnt.sc/rbgZZSdSOBIw and an individual one via settings of product https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/45-8theme-page-post-layout-settings-8theme-post-options . For more tabs -https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/yikes-inc-easy-custom-woocommerce-product-tabs/

I spoke to soon. Media carousel still doesn’t work if i insert it directly in elementor in a single product – in private. It’s the same problem as last year. It shows the images in backend but not frontend (in frontend it shows only one picture – in private).

I’ve insterted the same shortcode in a normal page and it works.
So the problem is with the products.

Can you please fix this problem already?

Yes thank you – this worked for color variations in single product via shortcode (gallery module). It still doesn’t work for the themes “Media Carousel” -> link in private.

If you visit the link (Link 1) in private, you will notice door example (sketch) in the description area. It shows only one door – it should show 8 of them in one line (see picture 2 – picture of frontend). Now take a look at “picture 1” – it shows correctly 8 of them in one line but only in backend.

It’s the same problem we had last year when we talked about this.
Not me, not my client (or friends) see them 8 in line. I made a video how i see the problem (in private is a link to wetransfer file – video).

It is really strange. Please check the product from the Private Content area now, and let us know the result.
What browser do you use? What version of the browser? What device? What screen size of that device?
Try to disable additional extensions for your browser and check how the carousel works then.

We do not see the problem ( 3 of our team members checked from different devices) so it is impossible to fix because we can’t see the result of our changes, unfortunately. Once we will be able to see the problem, we will be able to start the fixing process.

Hello,

It’s the same. What do you mean with “check products” ? I am talking about media carousel – are you refering to recommended products at the bottom?

I use the newest version of Brave browser, using a pc with 23,8″ HP monitor.
Also tested with Chrome, Edge, Mozilla.

All the things you are asking me we discussed here:

I can’t understand how all of my friends and clients see 1 picture (like in the video i send to you) insted of 8 and you see it fine?

Anywhay i downloaded 3 image carousel plugins for testing and wouldn’t you know all of them are showing pictures correctly: image and link in private. I would much prefer be using your media carousel but something isn’t working.

How come

In the Private Content area, you can find videos.

As was mentioned we do not see the problem with media carousel, so can’t fix it, unfortunately. We kindly ask that you use an alternative carousel.
