    Hi,

    What I’ve tried so far:

    Disabled Cache
    Purged Cache
    Reloaded HTTPS via server
    Restarted Server host
    Disabled plugins
    Reloaded Elementor CSS via tools
    Updated all apps

working off the default home page for theme, everything else from theme loaded fine but when I add a column via elementor and a simple heading it does not update on live page when published.
site is not live so I don’t have a working site link right now

    Hello, @vsonacci,

It seems like you have already tried several troubleshooting steps to address the issue you’re facing with Elementor not updating the live page. While it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact cause without access to your site, here are a few additional suggestions you can try:

    1. Clear browser cache: Sometimes, the changes may not reflect due to cached files in your browser. Clearing the cache can help resolve this. Ensure you clear both your browser cache and any caching plugins you might have enabled on your website.

    2. Disable CDN (Content Delivery Network): If you’re using a CDN, temporarily disable it to check if the changes are reflected on the live page. CDN caching can sometimes interfere with immediate updates.

    3. Check for conflicting plugins: Disable all plugins, except Theme plugins. This step helps identify if any other plugin is causing the issue. If the problem resolves, you can reactivate the plugins one by one, testing Elementor after each activation, to determine the conflicting component.

    4. Server-side caching: If your server has caching mechanisms in place (e.g., Varnish or server-level caching), try clearing or disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the problem.

    5. Disable any custom CSS or JavaScript: If you have added custom CSS or JavaScript code to your site, try removing it temporarily to check if it’s causing any conflicts or issues with Elementor.

Thank you for the reply, I was able to narrow down the issue – it seems to be something with the X store child theme. If I activate just the Xstore main theme then the updates show but when I switch back to child they revert to theme style. This is a fresh install and I have made ZERO changes to child theme files. I would continue to use the original theme but I know I will need the child theme for future use – please advise.

    Hello, @vsonacci,

We kindly ask that you navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization and set Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources to OFF. Afterward, please clear the cache and check the result of your changes.

    Kind Regards,
