Problem with mega menu long time loading

Hello, we have a problem with the mega menu loading. It doesn’t show up right away – the loading bar is displayed first and only after a few seconds does the content load.

Hello Jakzie,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Ajax Menu Dropdown and Menu cache > Off
If this doesn’t help, try to disable all 3rd-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and check how the menu works then.

Hi, thank you for your advice. On Web version problem solved but still exist on mobile. Do you have any solution for that?

Thank you for your response.

If the mega menu was created using a static block it can be displayed correctly for desktop devices only. You need to create a separate menu without static blocks (Appearance > Menus) and select it for mobile (Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile menu).

Hi, we change menu on mobile but loading still show. Do you have any solution for that?

Hello Jakzie,

The centered type of the menu uses Ajax loading of the mobile menu content and there is no option to disable it. If you don’t like this effect change the mobile menu type to right or left http://prntscr.com/w7v2qr
