Settings of the single page layout you can find in Theme Options, we have even own Single Product Builder there.

Elementor plugin has 2 versions: free and Pro. Elementor plugin author does not offer a developer license for the Pro version and does not allow to built-in Pro version of the plugin to themes. So, the Pro version was never included in XStore. All our demos are built using the free version of the Elementor plugin and XStore Elementor elements. So, Elementor Pro is not required, but we are compatible with it.
If you want to edit a single product page using the Elementor Pro plugin, contact support of the plugin.
