We asked you to test the problem with the Storefront theme (it can be done in a few minutes) to find out if the problem is caused by a theme or by something else and you answered that “It keeps taking customers to this URL…” But from your further responses, we are not sure that you did that test.

Do you mean that activation Flatsome theme solves the problem, but activation Storefront doesn’t solve it?

Please give a chance our team to check the problem more deeply, for this:
– Record a video of the problem, so we can repeat your actions spet by step;
– Provide FTP access. To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Also, please check how it works when Advanced Layout is disabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout?
Make sure that the problem is not caused by 3rd party plugin activated on the site.

We are waiting for your response with a video where we will be able to see the problem, to be able to recreate it.
In order to test it further, we ask to create a test product that can be purchased by us for free (or without a credit card or PayPal) to reach the stage where the issue is present.

Point is that our theme does not use Display location because it has header builder that this option is unnecessary. WPML has language selector for the menu translation http://prntscr.com/pz0ctr but it seems Plylang is limited and needs Display menu location. That’s why I asked you to contact them to clarify how to be in case you need to translate the menu if theme does not have display location.

Another solution can be using Multiple headers: Header Builder > Multiple headers > create a custom header and in conditions set it for all pages of a particular language and change menus in settings for that header.

1/ Please make sure that disabling all 3rdparty plugins does not solve the problem.

2/ Make sure that custom changes in theme or child theme files are not the reason for the mentioned behavior.

3/ Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too).

“The shop page which came with your theme is not editable by elementor” – this is independent of the theme, you can activate the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and you will get the same.
The shop page is a catalog page for products that cannot be edited using Elementor by default. To be able to edit the Shop page using Elementor, you need a Pro version of the plugin, and this is independent of our theme.

If you are using Elementor Pro, please refer to the plugin documentation for instructions on how to edit the shop page: https://elementor.com/help/creating-a-woocommerce-archive-template/.

Elementor plugin has 2 versions: free and Pro. Elementor plugin author does not offer a developer license for the Pro version and does not allow to built-in Pro version of plugin to themes. So, you are able to use the free version of the Elementor but in case you want to get the Pro version you will need to buy an individual license, our theme supports Elementor Pro, but questions about Elementor Pro functionality you need to forward to authors of the plugin.

Elementor Pro is not required to edit the product archive (Shop) in our theme. All settings you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce.
