    All the premium plugins included in our theme are external and we have the right to build them into our theme as we purchase the Extended License for each of these plugins. These plugins registration is not obligatory. The plugins are functioning perfect without any activation. The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case you need this features you will need to purchase and register the plugin.

    This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest.

    Such behavior means there is a cache problem, that comes from some option of cache plugin on your site.
    Please try to disable cache plugins, and check then. If it helped, enable cache plugin and check the settings there, or contact support of that plugin.

    You can add a static block in PreFooter https://prnt.sc/pqL5jPl8ZluK https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/8theme-page-post-layout-settings-8theme-post-options/

    and edit this static block – https://prnt.sc/0gLmalKcT60b using Elementor.

    This functionality is independent of our theme.
    In case, you get it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront, but it will not work still with our theme – let us know, and we will check the situation more deeply and fix it.

    Please sync the translation of WooCommerce plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ and check if it fixes the problem with the translation of “Select Options”.

    Right now we are not sure why you face the mentioned problem. If you can re-create products to fix it, please do this. If you can’t, another specialist will check the situation on your site more deeply after the weekend.

    Why you did not contact our support team early? There is no need to spend your time, you can post any questions on the support forum here, and you will get assistance.

    We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    Please try to disable the Menu cache in Theme Options > Speed Optimization, clear cache of the browser, and check the header after that.

    If you would like to replace our header builder with Elementor, we would recommend you contact support of the Elementor plugin.

    1/ Probably you did not migrate correctly. Try the Duplicator plugin.
    We recommend contacting your hosting provider, because, as a rule, hosting support helps with this. Site migration is not related to the theme, so we don’t have any detailed suggestions.

    2/ About PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10), please apply the solution from this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-can-not-update-xstore-from-my-wordpress/#post-359539
    This problem occurs when you are trying to update the theme or plugin on the different domain that the theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Re-activation as described in the topic will help you.

    As we can see, this situation is independent of your theme. To confirm it, you may activate the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront, and check how currency is displayed then.
