Mega menu appears on hover, but disappears as soon as you try and use it

as the title

i hover over mega menu i see it but when i go to use it the menu disappears

any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the reply.
Go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off. Then clear cache of your browser and check the result.
Let us know the result.

i switched off the mega menu full width and that stopped the issue from happening, but i would like it to work full width

your suggestion was already in place, all caching was disabled

As we can see there is no problem on hover, but the menu is not full-width. To be able to help we need to see the problem.
Please activate Full width for the menu and provide temporary wp-admin access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Go to Header Builder > Main menu > Computed Box For The Menu Item > set 20px padding-top and padding-bottom

Hello there,

My menu items have border when they are hovered or active, I wouldn’t wanna remove those styling wise. If I add padding top and bottom for the megamenu to stay active the menu item looks grumpy. Is there any other fix.
