Urgent: Product gallery problem on mobile

Hi,
I have a problem with the product gallery on the mobile. In the editor it is correct and shows the variant image and thumbnails slider, on the phone the published site instead repeats the main image many times vertically, then shows all the gallery images vertically and then shows the thumbnails slider.

Also if the variant is not selected the product gallery instead of being with thumbnails, it shows all photos with vertical view in full.

I ask how can I fix the problem as the site so on mobile is completely unusable….

In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Than, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

1/ Please make sure that disabling all 3rdparty plugins does not solve the problem.

2/ Make sure that custom changes in theme or child theme files are not the reason for the mentioned behavior.

3/ Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too).

Let us know the results.
