Custom CSS code can be used, for example:

3/ ” I just can’t find where to put the new key in so the plugin works” – if you already activated the plugin using code, there is no need to enter the key.
There is no “new” kay, the key was always the same.

Please let us know what you mean by “stop working”?

“When trying update my plugin i get this message; Update failed: Invalid product license key!” – the plugins included with our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins. The key we provide for our customers doesn’t offer automatic updates, unfortunately. Updates can be done as described in our documentation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

Our theme does not contain any viruses or any other harmful code. Such an error may be caused by third-party plugins, modifications to theme files or plugins, or it could be due to a server breach, which consequently infects all websites on it.

We advise you to initially disable all third-party plugins and check for the presence of the error.

If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, s so we can take a closer look.

1/ Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

2/ Could you please elaborate on what you mean by “it’s not working properly”? We would appreciate it if you could provide a more detailed description of the issue, preferably accompanied by screenshots.

3/ Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too).
