There is no such option, by default, unfortunately. As was mentioned, changes to the titles should be made through the code in child-theme/functions.php. It may be necessary to use a plugin to create an additional field for each product, which can then be used as post meta.

Please note that additional customization in files falls beyond the purview of our basic support scope.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder and wp-content/uploads/custom-fonts/ . After that go to Theme Options > choose necessary fonts and save settings.

Make sure that custom fonts are uploaded in XStore Dashboard > Custom Fonts.

2/ A separate plugin has also been installed for the same purpose – Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce → https://prnt.sc/NK1xnoiPSmzz
You need to decide which one is better for you and turn off the other. The one that is built into our system and the one you have are essentially the same. However, our version is more advanced, while the separate plugin probably has less functionality.
