    Hello, Atahan,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Please update the theme and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

Also, make sure that the problem is not caused by a 3rd-party plugin or your custom changes in files.

    Let us know the results.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Atahan,

As we can see, https://prnt.sc/9BqJc2ORvHDU – you added HTML in the titles of products. It is not recommended because may cause problems like the one you face right now. We recommend that you revise all titles to be appropriate without HTML.
Changes to the titles should be made through the code in child-theme/functions.php. It may be necessary to use a plugin to create an additional field for each product, which can then be used as post meta.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Atahan,

There is no such option, by default, unfortunately. As was mentioned, changes to the titles should be made through the code in child-theme/functions.php. It may be necessary to use a plugin to create an additional field for each product, which can then be used as post meta.

Please note that additional customization in files falls beyond the purview of our basic support scope.

You can try to contact WooCommerce support with your request – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the Codeable team via their website: https://www.codeable.io/?ref=qGTdX

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
