We appreciate your prompt response.
We’ve installed the Loco translate plugin on your site and created translations for the theme and XStore Core, as described here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
Now you can find and translate strings via Loco Translate.
Please try.

Hello, M Arsal,
You did changes in parent and child theme files, we can’t be responsible for custom changes.
In a result of parent theme update your custom changes will be overwritten, so create a backup first, then do the update by yourself in the next way:
– download XStore from https://www.8theme.com/account
– go to Appearance > Themes > Add new > Upload and Install the archive (Replace active with uploaded). In a result, XStore on your site will be updated.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello, @coffeedog,
Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.
Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your translation settings.
There is no option to make your own WooCommerce shit, but all content can be translated.

Hello, M Arsal,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
As we can see, you updated Core plugin but not the theme. You renamed the theme, so you will need to update theme manually – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Also, it seems you edited the functions.php file of the child theme, which also, can be the reason for the problem. Download child theme from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and compare functions.php files.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello, Gulsher Ali,
Thank you for your response.
On the product from your example, https://prnt.sc/zp2X07gq6CLx we do not see the pricing range, sale, and regular prices only.
Do you want to hide the regular price? In this case, use the next custom CSS code:
.single-product del .woocommerce-Price-amount {
display: none !important;
}

Hello, Arbadev,
We appreciate your prompt response.
Elementor has global settings for Typography https://elementor.com/help/how-do-i-set-global-fonts-and-colors/ and every element also.
If you edit demo content, you will need to change the font for elements one by one. In case you create content from scratch, the global settings will be applied.

Hello, Marquand,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lost settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset.

8theme team

Hello, Atahan,
Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.
1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.
2/ Make sure that your custom changes in files (in case such were done) are not the reason for the problem.
Let us know the results.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
