In order to troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.
If it is not the fault of the plugins, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

The terms & conditions section relates to woocommerce functionality. The code of Elementor in terms & conditions area is shown even with the default theme, so this situation relates to the functionality of WC, and is independent of our theme/can’t be fixed from our side.
We would recommend you do not use Elementor to create content of the terms & conditions page because WC and Elementor are not compatible there.
