Please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on the site.
Let us know the result, and provide the URL of the Shop page + temporary wp-admin access.

hey how are u?
i tried put the storefront and its fixed the bug.
the bug is all over the categories and just duplicate for some reason.

i added the admin deatils of the staging that i made.
if u can tell me the bug so i will fix it on my main site.

Thank you for your response.

1/ Please provide URL of category page where we will be able to see the problem.

2/ We’ve changed the pagination type to “Default” via Theme options because the Infinite scroll plugin is activated on your site. Please check how it works now.
If the problem is not solved yet, please provide FTP access.

Hello, Tal,

Thank you for your response, but we can’t connect.
Please check – try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by ip or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

This was our response https://prnt.sc/5KGQci9jDwfb , but when we go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Pagination type it is “Infinite scroll” not “Default” now. Have you changed the type? Why? They do the same thing, so conflict.

Please select 1: “Infinite scroll” in Theme Options or WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin. Once you select one of them, clear cache and check the result.
