“It depends on your theme.” – as we have previously mentioned, you can easily check whether the current situation is caused by our theme or not. Simply activate the default theme temporarily on the site and you will be able to see how the site and Elementor effects work then.

We do not refuse to help, but the test should be done first. If it confirms that problems are caused by our theme, this thread will be passed to our developers team (temporary wp-admin and FTP access will be needed from your side for them).

Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

About your request, do you want to disable all cart-item-details ? The next custom CSS code can be used:

.woocommerce-cart .cart-item-details {
    display: none;
}

If this is not what you are looking for, please describe the desired result in more detail with screenshots for a better understanding.

You can send a request to our dev team – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ But the mentioned functionality is too complicated, so it can’t be done just by clicking on a button, unfortunately.

You can install child theme, then import demo content and edit it depending on your needs. If you want to install the settings of another demo version, create another child theme > activate it > do the import of theme options – https://prnt.sc/XMO6aNrHkUKn
Do not do a full import of a few demos on 1 site, because you will get a mess of pages, products, menus, and so on.

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation.
For this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/
The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Do you plan to use WPBakery or Elementor?
If you need to get elements/pages from different demos there are 2 ways:
– XStore studio allows import sections from different demos, when you are using Elementor plugin. Just edit page using Elementor > click here – https://prnt.sc/udpfle and import the desired block.

We’ve checked your site, it is not slow, but our demo uses a cache plugin and CDN which speed it up https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
Your site uses more 3rd party plugins, every additional plugin slows down site a bit. Please check descriptions of all plugins that are activated on your site and disable plugins you do not really use.
