1/ You can decrease the font-size for Promo text element on mobile devices with next custom CSS added to Theme Options → Custom CSS → Mobile

    font-size: 8px;
}

2/ You can remove Promo text element from mobile header area and put on of HTML Blocks instead. In the HTML Block you can choose Static block with the content of marquee html tag → https://www.tutorialspoint.com/html/html_marquees.htm . For example:
2.1/ https://prnt.sc/NiwY6x1db63i (Create new Static block)
2.2/ https://prnt.sc/2haydq3iQJ_3 (Put the html content of Marquee text)
2.3/ https://prnt.sc/oQPn3BusyJhQ (Place HTML block instead of Promo text in mobile header area + choose Marquee contained static block)

Installation was failed when you tried because you used the wrong archive – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error

We did not do the reset your site. If you did it by yourself, it doesn’t relate to our theme. We hope for your understanding.

About site restore, did you create a backup before reseting it? Contact your hosting provider and ask about backup, some hosting do regular backups.

Theme authors can’t restore files on your server or database information because it completely different thing.

We use this plugin on our demos without any problems. Please note that WPRocket plugin doesn’t come bundled with our theme.

3/ Make sure that the problem is not caused by a conflict with a 3rd party plugin on your site.
