Loading problems when i’m using Xstore’s full-screen menu

I’m using a full-screen menu for my website. I’ve noticed that the HTML code for this feature is only generated in Javascript, as it only appears when the Burger button is clicked. What’s more, when I click on this button, a loading effect is displayed.

I’d like to remove this loading and its visual effect (multiple grey lines of varying width). Do you have a solution?

Note that I have deactivated all the loading options in the Xstore Theme Options.

We noticed that you did not provide the URL of your site, which prevents us from conducting a thorough check. We presume that your query pertains to the mobile menu.

Please note that the centered type of the mobile menu employs Ajax for loading its content, and there is no option to disable this feature. If you find this effect unsuitable, we recommend changing the mobile menu type to either right or left. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: http://prntscr.com/w7v2qr
