After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the current situation does not depend on which theme is activated, and you have confirmed this by conducting the test we requested, it indicates that neither our theme nor any other theme is related to the issue at hand. Please note that what worked previously may stop functioning due to updates to WordPress or the GTranslate plugin.

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of GTranslate plugin.
