After the Elementor plug-in update, I got an error where the image size doesn’t come out as specified. How can I solve this? It comes out properly when editing with the Elementor, but when I leave the Elementor, the specified image size doesn’t come out

I’ve never touched that part before.
I deleted the cache abut it still doesn’t apply.
Also, there was an issue that I couldn’t see the part of Products Cayousel images when I modified it with the Elementor, and there is an error in the function of hover effect that the image changes to enlarged one when I located the cursor on the image.
    I think there’s been a conflict with the plug-in I recently updated

    Hello, Jae,

    1/ Update theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

2/ Please downgrade the PHP version from 8.3.6 to 8.1 or 8.2. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version.

    1. The theme was the latest version so there was nothing to update.
    2. I updated the plug-in
    3. I downgraded the PHP version to 8.2 from 8.3
But still the problem is not being solved

Moreover, I tried inserting OG image after downloaded SEO plugin you suggested before, but it didn’t work, so I deleted the plugin due to this plugin conflict, but the formet=r settings are not returning yet.

    Hello, Jae,

    1. Dashboard > Updates > click on “Check again” > https://prnt.sc/TKeOicuaKZUK
    Changelog – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

    2. Use an SEO plugin to add the necessary OG image and OG description for your pages, posts, and products.
Please remember to clear the Facebook cache for any products or pages that have been previously shared. You can do so by using the following link: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/
If this process does not resolve your issue, we suggest reaching out to the support team for the Yoast SEO plugin for further assistance.

    1. I updated the theme finally, but the issue isn’t fixed.
The image is still larger than the size set and the resolution is also low. And the new product list isn’t showing in Elementor.

    2. SEO OG issue was resolved. Thank you 🙂

    Hi,
The image resolution has been changed to full resolution. The resolution can be set as high, but the size still doesn’t come out as the size I want to set.

I’ve deleted all of the browser’s cache.
But the Products Carousel images size shown in the Elementor editing mode are different from the image size shown outside the Elementor.
It’s the correct size in the Elementor editing mode, but it’s not working.

    Hello, Jae,

    1. “ut the size still doesn’t come out as the size I want to set” – In this case, please use an image editor to create a picture of the desired size before uploading it to the website.

You can find all available settings here https://prnt.sc/gnj24LBmqy4i and https://prnt.sc/iww6m867B0iV . Please note that no additional settings are available beyond these.
