    The texts across different parts of the website are provided by various plugins and the theme itself. This is a normal behavior and cannot be changed. To translate texts, you will need to use the following paths in Loco Translate:
    – Loco Translate > Themes > XStore
    – Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core
    – Loco Translate > Plugins > WooCommerce
    Do not forget about strings in Theme Options and XStore Builders.

    We offer pre-created translations for some languages, but sometimes you need to start from scratch – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ You are welcome to continue or complete it on your own and share the translation with us as was done by other customers. Just for note, all files you can download were shared by customers.
    Please be aware that you only need to translate the necessary strings that are visible on the frontend; there is no need to manually translate to 100%.

    Even if you decide to switch from our theme to another one, the situation will remain the same.

    If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you, but we need temporary wp-admin access to be able to check your settings.

    Could you please test if the same behavior occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (this is the default Woocommerce theme).

    It seems that you have created a custom page. Unfortunately, the WooCommerce filters and widgets you wish to use do not function on custom pages. They are designed to work only on default WooCommerce pages, such as the shop or category pages. This limitation is not related to the theme but rather falls under the functionality of the WooCommerce plugin itself.

    2/ Do you see fatal errors in Woocommerce > Status > Logs?

    3/ Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that. Please, do not submit multiple topics for the same request, as this does not result in a faster response time.

    It seems that you may have attempted to install the theme archive as a plugin, which is unnecessary. We would like to guide you through the simplest installation process:
    – Please download “XStore – Installable Archive” from https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and install it via Appearance > Themes > Add new.
    – Then, download the Core plugin archive from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
    Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now
