Hello
For now, I just want to be set no-index (robots.txt) on all pages / images and products for development stage

Hello, Street La Mode,

robots.txt is not a part of our theme.
We would recommend you contact WordPress support.
“Discourage search engines from indexing this site” you can enable via Settings > Reading > Search engine visibility.
