2/ We can’t connect to FTP:
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

1/ Please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated (Appearance > Themes).
The situation on your site may be independent of our theme, so we ask you to do this test.
It can be caused by a plugin, custom code or something else.
2/ We do not recommend activating the Kirki plugin together with our Core plugin.

You don’t need the new purchase code for the production site if this is the same project. You can move the site to a new domain but after moving the site navigate to XStore > deactivate and re-activate the theme using the same purchase code.
