1/ Please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated (Appearance > Themes).
The situation on your site may be independent of our theme, so we ask you to do this test.

It can be caused by a plugin, custom code or something else.

2/ We do not recommend activating the Kirki plugin together with our Core plugin.

We recommend contacting hosting provider, because, as a rule, hosting support helps with this. Site migration is not related to the theme, so we don’t have any detailed suggestions.
Some of our customers use the Duplicator plugin.

You don’t need the new purchase code for the production site if this is the same project. You can move the site to a new domain but after moving the site navigate to XStore > deactivate and re-activate the theme using the same purchase code.

If both sites are 1 end project just in 2 languages, you can use the same code. Unregister it via your account page https://www.8theme.com/account-user/?user_id=31973, and then activate it on the second site.
