    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Should the issue continue, contact the support of the Elementor plugin, as was mentioned – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/

    1. Please try to test how it works with the Storefront theme activated.

    2. If the plugin is being used solely for the purpose of enhancing the customization of the section for constructing the Checkout page, you may wish to consider the following suggestion.
    As a fact we tried to minimize building questions for our customers but we also have advanced Checkout widgets that can be activated by adding the next code to your child-theme/functions.php
    add_filter('etheme_elementor_checkout_new_widgets', '__return_true');
    Once you add this snippet you will see a few more Checkout widgets (https://prnt.sc/cqiP9Xp4GcWW) and you can build any Checkout page structure you prefer.

    Thank you for your response, we can see the problem now.

    We kindly request that you proceed with the following diagnostic test: please deactivate all third-party plugins, encompassing those for caching and translation, and subsequently evaluate the functionality of the ‘Multiple Headers > Promo Text’ feature.

    Also, make sure that the problem is not caused by custom code in the child theme – temporarily activate the parent theme (Appearance> Themes), it has different Theme options settings, so go to Header Builder > create Multiple headers and check.

    Once you have completed these tests, we would be grateful if you could inform us of the outcome.
