Problema con “Promo Text” non si vedono quelli già inseriti

C’è un problema nella sezione “Promo Text” non riesco a visualizzare quelli già inseriti, quando sono nella sezione dedicata in personalizza, non mi appaiono quelli già caricati, ma c’è solo il pulsanti di aggiungere un nuovo elemento.

Ciao, forse non mi sono spiegato bene, chiedo scusa.
Il problema ce l’ho in “personalizza” al link in “private content area”, non riesco a personalizzare i promo text, se lo faccio, non riesco a gestire quelli presenti eliminandoli o modificandoli

Hello,

Thank you for your response, we can see the problem now.

We kindly request that you proceed with the following diagnostic test: please deactivate all third-party plugins, encompassing those for caching and translation, and subsequently evaluate the functionality of the ‘Multiple Headers > Promo Text’ feature.

Also, make sure that the problem is not caused by custom code in the child theme – temporarily activate the parent theme (Appearance> Themes), it has different Theme options settings, so go to Header Builder > create Multiple headers and check.

Once you have completed these tests, we would be grateful if you could inform us of the outcome.
