    The brands and other widgets on the subcategory page are determined based on conditions to check if there is an intersection of each brand’s product with the subcategory we are currently in (so that the product belongs to both this subcategory and this brand). If these conditions are not met, the specific brand will not be displayed (same for other widgets).

    We would like to inform you that the duplication requires coding knowledge and modifications made to the Core plugin will be lost upon updating. Consequently, you will be required to reapply for these changes. Therefore, we do not recommend this approach.

    In your case, utilizing a plugin would be a simpler solution. However, please be advised that you will need to familiarize yourself with the third-party plugin independently.

    Hello,

    We would like to inform you that the actions required are detailed in the documentation. Specifically, you are required to regenerate the images using the designated plugin.

    Please note that the dimensions of the images are not related to the theme. The settings mentioned are derived from the WooCommerce plugin. Therefore, we kindly suggest directing any inquiries regarding this matter to the WooCommerce support forum at the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery and for products.

    Also, note that Zoom on hover (single product page https://elmate.no/produkt/el-mate-kopp/ ) shows the image in real size it was uploaded on the site.

    We have reviewed your inquiry and would like to clarify that there is no bug or issue to fix.

    To summarize, we do not generate a list of all orders when constructing the email template because, on a live site, there could be a multitude of orders which could potentially overload the admin interface. Instead, we display the most recent existing order from each type, as you can see in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/HyN0NZVtEclK. The last orders shown are:

    – #9435 = Processing
    – #9412 = Pending payment
    – #9162 = Completed

    These are the same orders that are available in the test template list for your review: https://prnt.sc/R-ByOZBLVB_D.

    It is possible that there may be a misunderstanding regarding the need to manually send an email for each order. However, this is not the case; the system simply shows the types of existing orders that can be sent to a test email address. This is indicated clearly with the word “TESTING” in bold, allowing you to preview how the email will visually appear when sent to a customer.

    There is no such possibility, by default, unfortunately. It requests additional customization in files or using 3rd party plugin.

    Our brans option was created as a custom post type. For more detail check the following files:
    et-core-plugin/app/controllers/post-types.php
    et-core-plugin/config/post-type.php
    Also, you can check the etheme_single_product_brands() function from xstore/framework/woo.php . Maybe it helps you.

    You can disable our Brands via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Brands.

After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Should the issue continue, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow us permission to debug your site (provide temporary wp-admin access). This includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will enable us to investigate and assist you more effectively.

    You can use the next workaround: add a connection block with 2 elements (menu and promo text, or HTML block with static block inside) then activate the Vertical block option for the block, and the mentioned elements will be placed one under another.
