Brands widget doesn’t work as expected…

Hi,
the brands widget doesn’t show all available brands(2nd widget)
for instance there are multiple products in the castegory which have brand assigned: “tomy hilfinger” and this brand doesn’t show up for filtering.
same applies to other brands as well
could you please help diagnose the issue?

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We have updated your product page at https://menzies.gr/el/product/gant-regular-fit-cotton-linen-jeans/ to include the TOMMY JEANS brand. Consequently, this brand will now be displayed in the sidebar on https://menzies.gr/el/kathgoria/andrika/pantelonia/.

The brands on the category page are determined based on conditions to check if there is an intersection of each brand’s product with the category we are currently in (so that the product belongs to both this category and this brand). If these conditions are not met, the specific brand will not be displayed.

Please check attached screenshot
If you edit these 2 products you will see in the backend that both of them have set as brand “tomy hilfinger”
however it’s NOT shown in the filters.
am i missing something?

Hi 8 theme support,

please check product ids: 204376,201031,198015

they all have brand assigned and have category assigned.

In frontend from the same category can’t find brand in search.

i hope i was helpful,
