    WP Rocket plugin support should be able to help you find the best settings to speed up the site (all options of the plugin should not be activated at the same time, it is required to find a correct combination of settings that will not conflict with your site content and additional plugins and give best speed test results).

    We have observed that you have successfully implemented the actions to disable the cookie banner feature. However, the issue at hand is not that the banner remains active, but rather that the changes are not visible due to caching. We have even attempted to add custom CSS code, but, regrettably, we are unable to see these modifications on the frontend when accessing the site via an incognito browser window as an unauthenticated user.

    It is evident that the changes take effect when logged in as an administrator, which clearly indicates that when the cache is bypassed, the functionality is as expected. However, the cached version is what is being displayed to unregistered or new users. Consequently, this matter is not related to the theme author but to the individual who configured the caching on your website.

    Have you reached out to your hosting provider for assistance as we previously advised?

    The issue arose due to the presence of tags in the description. When an excerpt is taken to display in Quick View, some unclosed tags were causing the problem.

    2/ We suggest you insert the following code into the Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS for Desktop to address your second concern:

    We do not recommend using a few plugins for the same purpose simultaneously, because they may conflict with each other.

    We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together.
