Try to add this code in Theme Options > Custom css:

.page-content { margin-top: 0; }

Also, you need update theme to new version – 3.0.0.1 http://prntscr.com/fgvcxb (http://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050, log in with your Envato account credentials and free download the latest version in Downloads section)
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/installation_upgrade.
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.
Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.

As I see you have out of date files http://prntscr.com/fjpn9r, so you need to update theme to the latest version (3.0.2.1), find it on ThemeForest where you bought theme https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976
Log in to your account and go to the Downloads area.
Then follow the documentation to update theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!

Hello,

Please check if your system meets theme requirements:
– file_get_contents() function should be enabled in the server configuration;
– PHP version: 5.3 or higher;
– max_execution_time: no less than 180;
– memory_limit: no less than 96M;
– upload_max_filesize: no less than 20M.
Use WordPress phpinfo plugin to check your PHP configuration limits.
Also, please use PHP 5.6 because the current themes version isn’t fully compatible with 7.1.1.

Yes, we checked compatibility and you can update woocommerce.
If the problem persists with different themes, it means that the issue not related to theme, and you need to check your setting and plugins.
