    Is there a simple way to remove the reviews tab or block spammers? I’m getting hammered on one of my product pages.

    Try to use this plugin to disable reviews completely https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-woocommerce-reviews/

    That did the trick. The review tab is gone. hopefully the spam stops now.
