    Please, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and check if the problem still persists with Storefront. After that, you may enable XStore theme again. Let me know about the results.

    Please try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) if product page works fine with default plugins then find the trouble causing 3rd party plugin by reactivating them one by one and contact that plugin support.

    I’ve disabled WooCommerce Quantity Increment plugin and now + and – work fine, also I’ve sent report to our developers, compatibility with this plugin may be added in one of next theme updates.

    I need to know version of your parent theme, make sure that it is the latest http://prntscr.com/gijsh0
    if needed please follow documentation and update theme
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade
    Also, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
    Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

    You may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. So you may use your purchase code on the development site. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only.

    Hello,

    Do you use the latest theme and woocommerce versions?
    Very likely you just need to synchronize translation files.
    Try to update your translation .po file as described here http://betterwp.net/wordpress-tips/create-pot-file-using-poedit./ (the section “Updating a .po (and .mo) file”).
    or
    Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. You may lose only strings that were changed.
    Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.
