    Hi,

I need help to fix this issue that happens after conducting a search and the result is “no posts were found” but I have only allowed “Search by products” on 8Theme Options -> Header settings.

    Screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/gg5uz7

Is there a way for the search result to simply be search for products – perhaps the result should be “no products found” and no sidebar with the image as well.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Do you use the latest theme version?
Could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?
If you want to make this sidebar empty just add the empty text widget into the Appearance > Main sidebar.

    Regards

    Hi Rose,

Yes, I am using the latest version. Perhaps you can have a look.

Please if it’s possible to not show other results like posts or side bar but only products. Admin access is in private.

    Thank you.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Sorry, I couldn’t find time to look into this until now.

It’s not a translation issue its the search result.

Can you please relook into it?

    Thank you.
