Hello!
I have the promo pop-up enabled, and the “Show link in the top bar” option turned on, but the mail icon in the top bar remains unclickable, what am I missing?

Hello,

Make sure that top bar is enabled http://prntscr.com/gtninl because I do not see this bar http://prntscr.com/gtnj5h.
Could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?

Hi,
Its enabled, and next to the social icons in the header the newsletter icon is present (top links), its href goes to “#etheme-popup, but it just doesnt work.

Hi,

it works fine now.
if I click om next to the social icons in the header the newsletter icon is present I am getting this pop up : http://prntscr.com/gtvseh

It should be a cache issue in your side.
hard clear your browser cache and check

Well, now I got another question, because it works when im not logged in, but when I am it still doesnt work. That’s not a problem, but it made me notice that something similar happens with the megamenu, when logged in the parent item works normally, but when checking the site like a regular visitor, it is not, im trying to figure out whats going on, because its weird indeed.
