Available header types you may find in Theme Options.
If you want to change the header structure you need to edit a file in xstore/headers/ (select file according to your header variant in Theme Options). Use a child theme to do any changes in template files.

Please try to change options in Theme Options > Blog & Portfolio > Blog Layout.
Available image size settings you may find in Settings > Media. Don’t forget Regenerate thumbnails https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Also, you may try to edit lifestyle/framework/templates/index.php and lifestyle/framework/templates/content.php files. We recommend to make changes in a child theme to prevent of losing modifications after theme update.

You can delete Product Images/Thumbnails Width and Height in Theme Option, then go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and change Product Image settings.Then regenerate thumbnails with the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
