    Hello,

The sliders on my site seemed to have gone done. All the sliders in my plugin are just displaying plain text code. I’ve deactivated the plugins and reactivated the plugins with no change. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. It might be a bug due to the new WordPress update but I need you to look at it.

    WooPress V 3.2
    WordPress V 4.8.3
WP Bakery Page Builder V 5.4
    Revolution Slider V 5.4.5.1

    I appreciate your quick response,

    Hello Rose,

I understand what you’re getting at but how and where do I get the shortcode version of my slider. Also, the slider that shows my “Featured” and “New” products displays with a slider and is having the same issue. How would I resolve it at that point?

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible for now to use Revolution sliders on woocommerce pages and this problem cant be solved from author theme side, you may see the same problem even with default WC theme – Storefront.
To get shortcode go to slider settings http://prntscr.com/h57fp6

    Hello,

Thanks for showing me where to find the shortcode it worked as the banner. Do you have a possible answer for when the rest of the sliders will be fixed?

I assume by “it is not possible for now to use Revolution sliders on woocommerce”

you mean that there is a bug on the Revolution Slider’s plugin that will need to be addressed by it’s developer? If this is in fact the case I was just wondering what the Staff at EightTheme are doing to resolve the issue as a 3rd party support and when I can expect to go back to normal functionality in my WooPress theme.

Thank you again for your help,

    Hello,

    You’re welcome!
There is compatibility issue woocommerce and revslider. The problem doesn’t relate to our theme.
You need to wait for solution the problem from woocommerce plugin or Slider Revolution plugin side.
