Hello,

my shop sidebar changed before I tray to do any changing or upgrading…
On my shop sidebar

but I see on air

the Brands filter and Woo comers Category just go down
when it need to be like here

How can It get up again?

Hello,

You need update theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/installation_upgrade
and update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gzbjpp
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

I see just child files, but not “woocommerce” folder in any download plugins, what do I miss?

and update all the plugins via FTP
But stile my shop side bar and category shop side bar are not in the right place
it far to down

I used a preview of parent theme on site
Unfortunately, the problem seems as it is in the child

There was also a comment I did not know if it was connected;
Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias HP not found.
Maybe you mean: ‘HP Slider’ or ‘home’ or ‘PanimaHP’ or ‘Panima-1240-417pxHP-Slider’ or PanimaHP1240 * 600 ‘or’ SliderHp1171 * 400px ‘

Hello,

You made changes in woocommerce/archive-product.php file of your child theme, please try to rename this file via FTP and check if the problem will be solved. If after file renaming the problem will be fixed, you need explore archive-product.php file to find out reason of the problem.
The slider notice can’t create the problem with the sidebar.

Hello,

I’ve made changes to the file’s of your child theme / woommerce / archive-product.php file name change, using FTP. After renaming the file remains constant, as a product.php file

When I checked the status on the site an error message came up

Hello,

If the problem with sidebar persists only with child theme you need to check your changes in child theme files or provide me your FTP access in Private Content.
I’ve disabled the slider – https://prnt.sc/ha81wb you may select another slider on shop page settings.
