    Do you mean that with default theme you have the same problem or you updated theme and all plugins without success?
    Could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?

    Please check if the same issue persists only with our theme or with default Woocommerce Storefront theme too.
    Also, try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check.

    Hello,

    Please check the situation with default WC theme – Storefront. Let me know result.
    You use 3.0.2.1 theme version, it is old version, so please update theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade and all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ http://prntscr.com/gtwfrk
    Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.

    Seems your breadcrumbs are disabled, so please check Theme Options > General > Breadcrumbs > Breadcrumbs Style and enable breadcrumbs or Edit shop page > [8theme] Layout options > Breadcrumbs Style.

    put your .po .mo file in /wp-content/languages/themes/ with correct names. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. Also, don’t forget to backup all the files before any update.

    I’ve deactivated WooCommerce Point of Sale plugin because it creates a problem in Theme Options functionality.

    Hello,

    At first, you need update woocommerce and others your plugins to latest version.
    Then check the problem with default WC theme – Storefront. Let me know result.
    Also please provide a screenshot of the problem with the plugin when our theme is activated and your FTP access in Private Content.

    2. Seems it is our bug, it will be fixed in next theme update.
    As a temporary solution you may add this code in Theme Options > Custom css > Global custom css:

    	}

    remove this code after the theme update.

    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    Then check translation, if the problem won’t be solved, please describe what exactly strings you cant translate.

    Hello,

    I’ve checked this problem on my test site and there is no such problem. Please try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check.
