1. You can do it simply using css code, to give you example, please provide me link to page with this text and temporary wp-admin access in Private Content.
2. Try to add this code in Theme Options > Custom css or in style.css file of child theme:

    padding-top: 0;

3. You may add text in one of top bar sidebar and then change position of it using css.

You may add on page Product categories elements in 2 columns, like http://prntscr.com/hqxf2g, select in element settings 6 columns and set categories to display http://prntscr.com/hqxg19. Also, in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Categories > choose subcategories.

MY ACCOUNT and LOGOUT in top bar you may disable or enable in Theme options > Header Settings > Enable top links (Register | Sign In) and you may simply add your widget in Right Side Top Bar widget.
