Dear 8 Theme

I cannot upload woopress theme and i have upgraded the minimum requirement by 8 theme.

my web is http://www.drlauranne.my.

Please advise (URGENT)

Hello,

Ok. What exactly problem do you face with upload? Did you try to upload theme via FTP?
We need your wp-admin and FTP access to be able to help your upload theme, so please provide credentials in Private Content.

I have uploaded tru FTP and able to activate the theme.

But after 24 hrs, error 500 and cannot log in to wordpress admin.

Hello,

500 error means there is lack of some resources on your server. You should contact hosting provider support and ask them to error logs to find what exactly is causing it.
Also, we need FTP access (FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password).

Unfortunately, I can’t login to your wp-admin and you provided access to Cpanel, but I need FTP access.
If you still need our help, please follow our suggestions http://prntscr.com/hqwbc1 Also, try to enable debug mode in wordpress https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress and check if you have any error message.

First of all, do not forget to use the Private Content area to provide access, I’ve edited your last message.
I still can’t login to your admin panel and connect to FTP, please check it.
Shall we provide our IP address to put it into whitelist on the server?
