Can't remove or edit banner, thumbnails and categories.

    I have set up my store and the banner can’t be removed or display images, the thumbnails show 70 pages (all empty) and the “Category” shows double. Have tried to edit on settings with no avail.

    Sorry for the delay due to the weekends.

    What banner do you mean? Please provide screenshots of your problems for better understanding.
    Also, provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content, so we could check problems deeply.
