Mega menu update - by kvaugust - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I am using the Paralax theme. I am having trouble with my mega menu updates. I can no longer add new menu items. The site will not save the changes. Looking through previous documentation, (first)I turned off all of my third party plugins but this did not have any effect. Secondly, I had Bluehost increase the PHP max input vars from 1000 to 3000. Unfortunately, the Woocommerce system status of the theme does not recognize the update and still reads “1000”. Can you advise?

    Please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content, so I could check what can be reason of the problem.

    I’m really sorry to say that there is still one remaining problem. I had assumed that it would be solved when the update problem with the menu was solved, but the issue still exists. I recently published a post which shows the only problem that I know about (but there could be problems that I haven’t discovered yet).(https://wp.me/p9oBh3-3qy) In the post I used Pagebuilder’s “Product Attribute” function to display each designer’s products. Unfortunately, the brand attributes are not populating into the page builder selection box for the Product attribute, thus the Marc Jacobs and Betsy Johnson collections in the post are not displaying in the publication. As I said, I had hoped that fixing the menu problem would solve this problem but it hasn’t. Can you please fix this issue? I have included a link to the back-end of the publication in the private section below.

    I’ve checked your brands and see, that you do not have products with Marc Jacobs or Betsy Johnson brand http://prntscr.com/htby2d. Also, if you want to show products of some brand on page, you may use our Products element, see screenshots http://prntscr.com/htc0uw > http://prntscr.com/htc0j4 > http://prntscr.com/htc0zn
