1. Please try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check the fixed header or please provide me full access, because now I can’t check plugins that using on your site.

Hello,

The problem is that Visual Composer media grid doesn’t work inside elements like tabs or accordion. That’s why we suggest you use standard WordPress gallery for your images. You can add it via Text block -> Add Media -> Create gallery.

Please, open xstore/framework/theme-functions.php file and edit 166 line https://prnt.sc/ijy172 > http://prntscr.com/ijy1sr then the padding from Theme Options should work fine.
