My client has a WordPress “Business Plan” site. So I don’t know how to delete this plugin and install the updated one. The 8theme Core Plugin does not appear with the other plugins.

I tried installing the update but get this error message:

    Downloading the install package…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /wpcom-97043731/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/

    Plugin installation failed.

Plugin not activated. A higher version of 8theme Core is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
