If you want to change the color, the appropriate code can be found in Custom css for page – http://prntscr.com/j0m61x This code make effect only on page where is added, but you can transfer it in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css to apply the custom css for all pages.

1. In 4.16 theme version Menu options were moved into popup https://prnt.sc/idhhcf so to be able to see all menu settings, you need to click on “8Theme Page Options”.

You can create your own menu in Appearance > Menus > create the menu and choose it like My account in location settings.
If you want to edit the default my account menu, it would be better to contact woocommerce support.
